resize command is broken on Linux and solaris
On most UNIX systems there is a command 'resize' that queries the terminal to find out it's current number of rows and columns.
It works fine on Solarsi and Linux when run on the console (term=linux) or in an xterm window (term=vt100, or term=xterm).
In PenguiNet, the command moves the cursor to the lower right corner of the window, and (I'm guessing) sends an escape sequence askingt the terminal to send back the size (or current position of the cursor) of the terminal. PenguiNet never responds to this query. resize sits waiting for the response. If I type something, 'resize' reads what I typed as the response, and complains it is an unknown response.
To fully emulate these terminal types, PenguiNet should be able to respond properly to this command.

We haven't used that command before! Initial investigation suggests this is a quick fix for us, so I will expect it will be available in v2.3 I will confirm in due course.
